The Client by default agrees to the terms & conditions below:

It is jointly agreed that the following terms of agreement form an essential part of this contract and that no deviation or alteration of this contract shall be effective except if accepted by both Kings360Flix and the Client in writing.

Specifics:

360 Photobooth; 3-5 people; 890lbs limit

The client must provide a 10ftx10ft area for the booth as well as an electrical outlet. The booth can not get wet:; anyone on the booth must be dry and must have on footwear.

Kings360Flix requires access to the venue half an hour before the start time. The booth will take a 15 minute break after 1.5 hours.

The client grants permission for Kings360Flix to post videos from events for promotional uses.

Payment Terms:

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, together with the signed contract. Booking must be secured no later than 1 week after the request. The balance must be paid in full 2 days prior to the date of the function. If the balance is not received before above mentioned date, it could result in your booking being null and void. If the deposit is not received 1week after initial request, the date will not be reserved.

Refunds:

In the unlikely event that Kings360Flix is not capable to supply an operational booth for at least 80% (including occasional maintenance time) of the arranged service time – depending on the circumstances – we will either stay for a longer time period to compensate for the lost time, or the Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the service received.

Indemnification:

Client will indemnify Kings360Flix and its affiliates against any and all liability related to the Client’s event during or after Client’s event. Client will indemnify Kings360Flix and its affiliates from the time of service and on into the future against any liability associated with the Client.

Termination of Hire/Abuse/Threatening Behavior:

Kings360Flix will not tolerate any abuse or hostile behavior to any of our staff or abuse of the booth or booth equipment. If this occurs, Kings360Flix, retains the right to terminate the hire instantly. Kings360Flix may terminate the hire in circumstances where our staff feel the equipment belonging to Kings360Flix or the booth itself is at risk of being damaged or has been damaged due to the actions or disruptive behavior of the Client or the Client’s guests. Wherever possible and practical, we will speak with the Client first to try to resolve the matter before termination is enacted. If we do terminate, for any reason, we will not issue any refunds.

Damage to Equipment:

Client acknowledges that it shall be accountable for any damages or loss to Kings360Flix’s equipment and props caused by any misuse of Kings360Flix equipment and props by the Client or it’s guests.

Events beyond our Control:

Kings360Flix cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event. These may consist of, but are not limited to, harsh weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, illness, or equipment malfunction. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfill your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances, our accountability will be restricted to the refunding of monies paid.
